hi,
i need to visit canada to get my H1 ( US Visa) stamped for a multiple entry in a US embassy in Canada.
to visit canada, i am given to understand i cud apply to the Canadian consulate in buffalo to get a visitors visa. need your help to know the reqd forms and any medical examinations i need to take and also the time it wud take to usually get a visitors via to canada.
appreciate your guidance on this.

aquarius ? The US govt recently changed rules that Indians (techies mostly) would have to go back to their home country in order to renew H1(B) Visa's ? Can you share with us if you fall under that category ? If not, then how do you plan to come to Canada to renew your visa ? It might help prospective H1B holders from Canada also ( i.e., PR's but not yet citizens of Canada).
