AND HI ALL

i have gone through most of the discussion going on at CD, but i can not or unable to find any source of getting any alternate employment or education courese to get adjusted in canada as i am a medical doctor from pakistan and hasbeen practising as general physician since last 10 years .
any body who has or know the ways and means for both education or alternate employment comment on it
