We require Muture couple to run motel during this winter. Easy work. No experience necceary. Will train. Good compensation.

I am inspired to ask this question by your post.

In US Indians, perticularly Gujaratis, specially Patels are known for owning Motel business. How about Canada? I haven't seen many Indians owning Motels. What is the reason?

There are many Indians in Ontario owning Motel business perticular southen ontario, Niagara Region.

I am always interested from Motel Business. However having background in IT, I prefer to stay in big cities only so that I can focus on my core skills and then have a Motel.

In Toronto it is difficult to get a Motel that fits my budget. Please suggest me a better way!

The investment in motel depends on the price of the motel. Normally You have to put 35 - 40 % down of the sell price and take mortgage from the bank for the rest of the amount.

You are right . In toronto residental and commercial property prices are going higher. But don't forget that there are many developing cities around toronto like hamilton,Oakville,Burlington,Kitchner and so many others. You can get better quality in cheaper prices. And also less crowd, lineups and traffic than toronto.
