A PR holder couple gives birth to a child in canada by staying 6 months and after that leave canada.
1.Can the new born baby get Canadian passport? How long it will take to get passport?
2.Can the couple's PR will be alive, by not actually staying but by the right of new born baby as Canadian passport holder?
3.Is it just compulsory for all PR holder to stay 2 years out of 5 years to keep PR alive?

Baby can have a passport in a few days if you apply in person.
