I would like to ask you that how are the immigration officers at Halifax Airport.Is it a little fast process as they dont have more international flights for new immigrants.

The immigration officers are nice.
I don't if they would be 'faster'.
They may have less immigrants coming but there are also fewer officers.

Most importantly, if you have anything other than a completely clean case, then don't come to halifax , because if there are any complications with your circumstances, then toronto is better equipped to handle it.

of course if yours is a straightforward landing then fine...
