Hi guys, my wife is here on TRV. whats the quickest and the best way to go about the PR?

Also, she is here as my fiancee but we actually got married in India and we have a legal marriage certificate from India. Should I go to the metro hall here to get it registered or just the indian certificate is good enough? BTW I am now a canadian citizen (if it makes a difference)
