Hi ,.. I have landed recently and am looking for a car insurance policy.. Have a new G licence as i traded my US licence ..Have about 5 years of driving history in US.

Please let me know which companies can i talk to...Looking for a cheaper rate obviously (I am a typical desi ...

If your insurer does business in Canada, or has a tie-up with a local underwriter here, that may be your best bet.
Some other insurers to check with are - RBC, TD, AllState, CAA, etc.

Have you got any quotes yet?
If you post the quotes and information about your car and location, someone might be able to tell you whether it is a good rate or not.
