in a way, hetro couples who decide not to have children are, in a sense, anti-social. they have decided that having a good lifestyle, vacations in the bahamas, etc are more important than raising a family. in other words, they put individual pleasure above loyalty to the family. so, yes, it's a type of hedonism and a sign that the family is falling apart; but that does not mean that such marriages should be annuled.

Why should not their marriage be annulled by the same logic we apply to gays? what about couples who decide to have kids only after say 15 yrs of marriage? Should they be told to marry/have sex only when they are ready. You see what I am getting at? When we decide to judge, how do we draw the line? And if wwe do draw the line...what are we doing to civil liberties?
