Dear Friends,
If I have Intl driving licence issued from UAE , is that valid in Canada.? Can I drive using the same for first 3 months or so. Can I convert the same to Canadian one. Or do I need to apply for a new one and go thru the test again and follow all the various tests for getting one there.

You cannot convert your UAE license into a Canadian one. You will have to go thru the whole process again, step by step.

2 or More Years of Driving Experience Within the Last Three Years
If you are a licensed driver with two or more years of driving experience from one of these jurisdictions you may get full class licence privileges without taking a knowledge or road test. However, you must pass a vision test and show acceptable proof of your previous licence status and driving experience.
