Managing life is not too much of a problem. Homes, malls, buses, cars etc everything is heated. Therefore as long as you are "inside" somewhere, you don't experience the cold. For those times that you have to be "out", you dress up warmly - layered clothing, proper winter jacket etc.
Beside all this the most important way to manage is to go Brrrrrrr... and cuss and cuss and cuss!

You feel cold in TTC buses and subway, door will open at every 5 minutes. So bus or subway can not get heated ............
Still every one manages to survive -25 including desis. Infact desis have hairy body, so it is easier for them to survive compare to gora bahi -----------------------------------------------------------------
