On second thoughts, it has been a long time since your car was born. These types are very unpredictable and their health depends on how well they are taken care of.
Your "Honda" born circa 1994 is perhaps in its last stages. Surgery and transplant might help a little, but I think it is time to practice some euthanasia.
Have it put down and sell its organs to save some other Hondas.
Then go to one of the breeders and get a new baby. They are always a pleasure.

Sure he can, but he is very 'ethical' and would not misuse any information and would charge only after getting permission and hence the request.
