This is the most relevant topic and I would like to start a athread as to how the INS officers at the border create new rules on the spot (as nobody can challenge them at that instant)
I can tell you one thing for sure the airport INS officers are much more courteus and knowledgeable as compared to the officers who are at the border (road) as there is a clear distinction between the people whom both the people see everday.
This is what I have heard ?My body shopper who filed my H1 advises people from Sarnia and Windsor to drive to Pearson airport and then fly to Detroit after getting their TN1 at the airport.
I belive the Dept of Homeland Security has already put in proposals for a three year TN.
Any updates on this issue would be appreciated

Went to Buffalo Border (Peace Bridge) for stamping last month. Not a single question asked. I applied under Computer Systems Analyst. Waiting time was 3 hrs and after when they called my name it took 15 mins.
Thanks spaceman for sharing ..Does anyone has any experience from Pearson Airport for TN visa ?
