Hi Dimple

Can you please let me know if your degrees are from outside US. If so did you have get your degrees re-evaluated by any institution in Canada or US before going for TN stamping.

Its always a good idea to have it evaluated from US like WES.org

I have an US and Indian degree. I only showed the US degree.

Thanks for your response Dimple. I would appreciate if you could answer the following as well;

1) Did you have to take your degree mark sheets as well for stamping.
2) Under what category did you apply.
3) Is it possible to apply for a GC when on TN.
4) Is there a difference in going for stamping at an airport as compared to a border post.
5) Is it possible to renew the TN permit indefinitely.

1. No, I did not take my transcripts (mark sheets).
2. Engineer
3. Cdn Dude has done it. Timing is critical since TN is not dual intent.
4. No difference.
5. In theory, yes.
