Thanks a lot guys for taking your time to reply ..
It seems that different guys have different experience at the same border .
And if I am not mistaken the conclusion that I have drawn is that even if your TN is refused at one border , one can reapply and get it at other ..Please correct me if I am wrong ..
Still waitinf for someone to reply on TN at pearson ..!!
More querries to come from my side in near future ...
Thanks a lot again

Hi Cdn dude !
I have drawn this conclusion after reading the post by one of our members ( given below ) ..

Ashwani,
I initially went to the Peace bridge. They made me wait for about an hour just to tell me that I am not eligible as both my undergrad and masters are in Mechanical Engineering.
The next day, after speaking to a few people, I went to the Sarnia border and all they took was 15 minutes to give me the I-94.
Never been to the Pearson Airport for the TN, but have heard good things about the staff there.
Anyways, good luck

-- This should not be your conclusion. Generally, border shopping is frowned upon. Many times, they make a note in their system why the TN is refused. Therefore, if you go to another border without making any corrections, your case is turned down.

--- I understand, but what I am suggesting is that you should not draw a conclusion based on a single experience and try not to border shop.
If you have mechanical degree and you apply under Computer Systems Analyst then you are not eligible to apply under NAFTA. You have to make sure that the category under which you are applying, you have the right supporting credentials for that..
