Hello,

I am looking for a good, quite place nearby toronto(max 2 hrs) for an overnight stay.

Can anyone please advise me on the place the hotels etc.

Try Blue Mountains, Collingwood near Wasaga beach. Cheap and really Scottish food. Try picnic and fishing in the serene Emanulle lake

Port Stanley near London. It's a quaint little fishing village, with a beach, nice and homely, peaceful too. It's got a theatre, good restaurants and has tours of wine estates and is also quite close to a really good teahouse and Sparta, a candle shop.
