Hi,
I got an accident due to BlackIce. The car I hitted was already made an accident and she did not have an insurance and I hitted her car becasue could not brake it.
Can anybody help me how this effect to my insurance and my driving record, though i have full insurance ?
Thank you.
Talk to the lawyer. (I think) you should not have to pay for the other car's damage - because the other driver should not even be on the road, since he did not have the insurance policy..

Is the othe car driver want the damage to be covered by you? If yes, there is no way she can do anything as she does not have insurance and she was driving ilegally.
Also if you car is not damaged, I would prefer not to do anything. Evenif you report a claim without your fault, some of the insurance companies are notorious.
Also read your insurance policy. What does it says about damage to another vehicle that does not have insuracne.

Thank you all.
I have TD Meloche Monnex full insurance with 500$ deductable. That lady already had one accident before I hit her car in the rear corner. More damaged on my car as she had playmouth Ven and I have Corolla. I do not know is she claim to my insurance ? But I am worried about my record and my insurance.
So did you gave her your insurance information at the time of accident? If so and if she has insurance, she must have notified her insurance company about it.
But as you are saying she did not had insurance she can not do anything. (or she might have lied to you)

Hi,
When I got policed record in which he mention 2 parties name and insurance company and I checked with her name police wrote NO INSURANCE. So i am sure she did not have the insurance. But in this case I do not know How TD will do to me ?
If you saw it on police record, it might mean she was not carrying her insurance certificate with her - not necessarily that she does not have insurance.
