I took my G2 test in Orangeville. Unfortunately after 1/2 the test, they sent me back sayng that my vehicle was unsafe (Brakes).
Orangeville has only a local highway (max 80 km/hr.) and it has traffic lights within it and so it is just similar to giving your G2.
The test centre is located in a strip plaza but the examiners take you through a service road and so you will not encounter much pedestrian traffic.
I would suggest that you go to Orangeville and drive around and get a feel of the roads, signs etc.. It will help you during the test.
