I will be visitig USA ( Buffalo Area) for same day/01 day trip for shopping. I am a Indian Citizen ( Canadian PR since last 7 Years) & I have Multi Entry 10 Years B1/B2 on my Passport. My wife & Kids has since taken Canadian Citizenship .
We will be driving our own Car.
This is our first trip to USA.
I assume
a) there will be no paperwork /formalities for my wife/kids as long they carry theier Canadian Passport.
b) I will be examied at POE with respect to My B1/B2 visa & given I-94 with some validity( 7 Days ??). when I return to Canada same day/next day , i have to return I-94 to Canadian authorities o Border.
Am I missing some pont?
Please Advice

They will ask u to park the car and go inside the INS building... You will need to pay $6 and get an I-94 valid for 6 months. You don't have to return the I-94 on return, but can keep it until it's expiry date and drive to US until expiry. You will need to retun it before expiry.
If i want to visit again after 6 months, will there be any problem?
I have heard that visitors from India are not allowed immediately after the 6 months period if they are coming back again.
Same rule applied for visitors from Canada?
Please clarify. Thanks
Viggy,
Why I should not return I-94 on my way back to Canada? I will not be going for another 3-4 month. If needed I can again pay $6 & take a fresh I-94. To me that is proper approach as it tracks your movement in & out of USA.

You can return.. No issues. If you have a I-94 with you, it just saves time. Based on your time of travel, you may have to spent half hour - 1 hr to get the I-94.
Barasume: I am not aware of any issues. Actually a friend of mine is working for Disney @ Orlando for the last year. He comes back every 3 months and returns within couple of weeks. He is having Indian passport and travels in B1 - working for a desi consulting firm.
