You may not be an employee of that agency but you are supporting that. This is my understanding. Those who have immigrated to Canada using that agency services are expressing their concerns and not the visa rejected people those who are living in India.

Their service and the fee are inappropriate. By and large those who have used that agency are not happy due to various reasons: The primary reason is they are not able to get job in their chosen field and working as a factory labours and this was explicitly informed by them to their clients. The truth was hided by the Consultant. This is affecting their life.

I am new

I am not supporting anyone here but only narrating my experience,i know anyone can file his application on his own, and whoever takes a proffessional help is his own choice.To buy a railway or airtickets one can get without taking travel agent help,but still people do take their help to avoid standing in ques etc etc, sometimes they hand over an unconfirmed ticket to the passenger promising that it would be confirmed at the last hour and it remains uncofirmed many times. One has to be smart enough while dealing with the consultants. no country promise job assurance one has to be smart enough to find a job. Morever no indian degree is valid in north america and europe we all know what they teach in the universities in india...out dated courses. to get a good job one has to study in their particular field to upgrade thenselves.
Well i am in canada on work permit since 2 years and have filed for immigration from india...i know it is very hard and difficult to get a good job immediate but in 2 years time one can get.
And what services any consultant can offer appart from preparing and sending the file to CIC. And belive me there are inumerable cases of fraud certificates...etc....if anyone is genuine they dont have to worry if theircertificates are in proper order and impressive.....and for god sake im not an employee of any consultant......but before finding faults in others on has to look in himself ......well i filed in 2003 and submitted all the documents with IELTS score of 7,7,7,8 work experiece of over 15 years in IT field. throughout first class till graduation,relation in canada still i am waiting since 4 -1/2 years as i know backlog is too long and background check is even harder.
Anyway all the best to the future migrants, i have no grudge on anyone here and im only a senior member here like anyone else.
