Basically its the risk factor which I need to understand from you Guru's out there. Before I start to apply with the organization, I just want to be sure am doing the right thing. Because I do not want to end up sitting idle in India or Canada once I get the visa/PR.

1, Most companies will not be interested if you do not have a visa in hand and are already in Canada.
2. You can check indeed.ca, workopolis.ca and other job portals.
I do not know much about this field but the next question from someone in SAP field would be they would like to know your domain, modules and which side technical/functional.
