What is so nice about this? Do you really believe in this type of justice? It is basically one man's word against the other in this type of justice. And the whole thing was definitely politically motivated proved by the large presence of media. Assaulting someone is criminal. And that too in presence of media. I hope the assaulter were also caught. If the principal was in the wrong they could have used all there might to get the police act on it. In the end I think they wanted this drama to unfold.

Could understand the pain of parents but was there solid evidence before thrashing these suspects? Media in deed is culprit who hunt such things ? but it is again a two sided coin.

If Principle/Teacher is responsible, he should be punish

Do you still believe by going to Police will help in any case?

There are so many high profile criminal cases going on,
do you think justice in done in any of them?

I am not sure how media was there,
but now that Teacher/Principle will never dare to do such acts

Remember ? A female Teacher of Delhi was recently proclaimed guilty of harrassing girl students ?

Later it was revealed that with illegitimate help of a TV Channel, a rival had framed her.

TV Cameras, any how are great stimuli, which often turn humans into apes.

Nope.. not at all supporting such animals... but at the same time just think what an innocent person was punished for either mistaken identity or an unproven act.
Taking law to the street will lead to incidents like Gang rape one in a Pakistani village....
Guess the biggest culprit in the society that feeds guts to these animals to commit these kinds of crime.. Its the society again which harasses the wounded in case it happened to be a female.... Blame the social values kept on affected women.

Unless, the government amends the law to seclude individuals for their life after few other serious punishments, the thugs will not step back..

eve teasing is totally inappropriate.
however, two things:
1. are we convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that the principal did do this atrocity?
2. will all those who have chosen a physically violent response; people hitting him (and being video taped doing so) not get charged with assault and battery?
