OK.Let me explain what i want to know:
Posting LINKS on CD or on my yahoo id for example if i want to post a link of song from you-tube or how fellow cds send links for some info.

Just copy the URL from your browser window's "Address" box and paste it in your post.
You have three check-boxes here in CD you can check or uncheck before you post. "Preview Post", "Automatically parse URLs" and "Disable smiles in this post".
If you check the second, the URL will appear as a hyperlink with text "LINK".
I don't like it. I uncheck it and the URL appears as follows:

Here you can enter really long long URL's and it'll shorten them. Nice for emails etc
