Dear Friends,

Below is a copy of the mail and actions that I have initiated against the company to get fair treatment:

"Dear Manager,

This is a follow up of my complaint and getting no response from you.

I am positing a daily update of the complaint to the following social sites to rally public opinion against your policies and behavior:

1) Canadiandesi - the largest read blog site by Canadian immigrants.

2) Youtube: Will be posting a video complaint on 24th of October

3) I have also got in touch with Mr.Gerry Strathmann, Vice President, Case Management Department
American Arbitration Association and will be filing a formal complaint on the 1st of december 2008.

I do hope that you resolve this issue at your earliest before I intensify my public campaign.

Do you have any actual evidence against the company such as a copy of their advertised rates vs what was actually charged to you in a statement form (like Reliance or G3 provide a monthly statement)?

At the very least, do you have a written log of all the calls you have made and the durations?

Do you have transcripts or recordings of the phone conversations you have had with this company detailed who you spoke to, and who said what, etc?

Please keep in mind that if you take this campaign so public, there is nothing to stop this company from coming after you for libel and loss of business.

I suggest take your complaint through official channels for now - the AAA (as you have already done), the BBB (whether it does benefit or not) and your credit card company (via a chargeback).

Then write a letter (not email) to this company listing the above actions.

I would recommend that you not make this into a negative public propaganda.

Also, please be aware that you could end up implicating CD.com website as well if they push for libel against you.
