Hi Chandresh,

I have experienced similiar problems with the Indian Consulate in Toronto. All numbers have a recorded message asking you to call VFS and then it says press 0 for assistance. Pressing 0 disconnects the call after a few secs.

Try this number 613-744-1301. It is for the Consular Section at the Indian Embassy in Ottawa. They will always pick up right away. I have called twice and they have picked up immediately. They sound more knowledgeable and friendly. Not like the dumb idiots we have manning the counters here in Toronto
