What is causing my power steering to be hard to turn?

I have Toyota Camry 98 LE modle. Kindly let me know what could be the problem. Steering is hard to move.

What is causing my power steering to be hard to turn?

Could be low or no power steering fluid.

could be the power steering pump interior failure also.
