Hi

I would like to know the countries a Canadian citizen can work without a work permit or if none that exists, may be someone can tell me the countries where a canadian can work with not complex visa requirements..

Only Canada..

All other countries need work visa/work permit

US and Canada u can work on TN visa which is easier to get..

thats about it..

U can enter many countries without visa.. not work there..

No in Mexico , You can not work without FM-3 . TN visa is for USA .

he can work without Visa only if he has OCI/PIO which is available to only Indian Origin Canadians. All other Canadians who can not qualify for OCI/PIO will have to apply for Emloyement Visa for India.
