You will be surprised to note that the speeches I heard were in the Middle East which is by no means a socially opressed society .... I was shocked ...

How can muslims be socially oppressed by west in middle east? You mean muslims are oppressed in west and they are oppressed by west in muslim countries as well. When you people will stop playing this oppression card everywhere and stop blaming everyone else for your problems?

How can west socially opress in Middle east ?

Now you will say that sikhs in pakistan are opressing muslims as well ( recently two sikhs were beheaded for no reason bur being sikhs ) .
How do you explain that ?

MF Husain got away without harm despite doing the most shameful acts ...... that speaks of the tolerance of other people ............. I wonder how you guys would have treated him had he done the same to your Prophet's mother ................

All that I want to say is that Islam has been recognized as "Religion of peace". Please Google views of the world leaders like Obama, Gordon Brown, MMS etc. Please quote one premier, Prime Minister or President of any country who has not praised Islam. Your views and my views do not matter. I am just trying to point out the clout and influence that Islam commands today.

The second point that I am making is that Islamists are the smartest people. They know which strategy should be deployed depending upon the country , kind of system (Democracy , rule of law ) prevalent and their numerical strength. I think example of India would provide a very good context.

India has already become servile to Islam. Islam truly rules there. NO GOVERNMENT at Centre can expext to rule without support of Islam. The judiciary, institutions, Newspapers and police are all afraid to anatgonize them. ( Bareikky and Hyderabad riots not even mentioned in newspapers) Hindus have been punched and kicked but not a word of protest.

Now extrapolate that scenario to Europe and Canada 20-40 years hence and you would agree that Islam will rule the world.
