Fair enough .... why dont we do that .... the last series played by India was Asia cup in Bangladesh ..... let us have a look at the performance of our top 5 batsmen and decide who deserves to stay in team ... let us judge solely on perfomrnace in the last series played no reference to old records.

Now look at the performance of our batsmen and tell me in your opinion who should be retained in Indian team.

In cricket buck stops with performance and not with age ..... otherwise you would have not been pushing for a 30 year old S Badrinath to playing for India.
