I have tried to search if the US immigration is ok with a Associate equivalent degree but I cant find the answer to that question anywhere. Does anyone have first hand experience for this?

Hey Guys,

I am in serious need of your help. I have a BCOM from University of Delhi. I did not secure a 1st division though.

I would like to know if I should get it evaluated from WES, ICAS or Univ of Toronto. I need the same equivalency of Bachelors for TN visa.

Any help would be seriously THANKED for the rest of my life.

I believe for WES they require 1st division. You can go through their website. ICAS will not give 4 year equivalency for a 3 year degree course conducted in India. They would probably give you US equivalency of Associate Degree (2 years) + one year additional university education. Not sure about Univ of Toronto.

Do you think that ICAS and WES will take a 1 year Diploma from Canada and be able to use that 1 year to make the following:

3 year Bachelors from University of Delhi
Plus
1 year Diploma from Canada

Total= 4 years of Bachelors Degree??
