Can anyone visit USA with only canadian citizenship papers without canadian passport? I mean still holding Indian passport. Would there be any consequences at the border/airport?

Any help is appreciated.

Yes, you can visit the US on the basis of your Canadian citizenship card. When asked, declare yourself as a Canadian citizen and show your citizenship card.

Just to add one more point here.

If you are visiting US by Air, then you do need your passport (wheather Indian or otherwise) along with your citizenship card. However, if you are driving then only citizenship card would do.
