Somehow it is always CIA, Mossad, RSS or the Loch Ness monster responsible..It is *never ever* Islamic fundamentalism, inspite of the growing evidence and motivation in the world.
Even in proven cases of suicide blasts in Pakistan, it is always 'somebody else' responsible.

generally speaking, CBI/Local police/Intelligence bureau have fairly good idea within 48 hours as to the identity of the terrorist group. However, appeasement politics prevent the Govt to make information public. I always thought that terrorism in India is linked to religious identity but all the political parties and MSM vehemently deny religious beliefs as the reason for terrorism.
Personally speaking, terror acts in India is due to insensitive nature of Indians in general and Hindu cowardice and tunnel visions of Hindu in particular.
The original plan it seems was to attack the Sai Baba temple at Dilsuknagar but was changed at the last minute as the Hyderabad Commissioner of Police Anurag Sharma was visting the temple for the puja. Naturally there was high security for him at the venue with heavy police presence. The attackers changed the plan at the last minute and plant the bomb on bicycles away from the temple area.
Hyderabad is a volatile city. It has always been. I worked there for a year, thank god no communal violence at that time. The Telangana stir is distracting the security of the city. Per reports the centre had warned abt the blast two days before.
