Hello Professionals, my daughters passport is due to expire in next 3 months, but she is set to travel back this month. She is a PR of Canada.
Is this fine?
/will there be any issues caused by Immigration [canada & India]/ Lufthansa/ air-canada?
Please review and share your understanding and/ experience?

To renew the Indian Passport in India, there is a speedier process called 'TATKAL" and you could get it in seven days. I feel there will be no hassles if the forms are completed properly and has no glitches.
You can also do it after reaching the destination here in Canada. But they take over a month and drag their rear.
Unless the stay there in LITHUANIA exceeds the expiry date and or get stuck, due to delays beyond your control, which is possible under the current political turmoils in that area, you be the judge and determine what could arise in such a scenario. If I were you re-route the journey and avoid travels through the disturbed areas.

If I understand you right, my daughter can travel here and renew pp here [in Canada].
Not sure, where u picked up the other country name.. never mind..
No, they do not have any plans to visit another country while coming over from India.

FYI-
By the way, I did not opt. doing pp renewal from India as they require NoC [since 1 parent/am in Canada].
Now that am 'not' living out of Toronto, I have to go have my documents notarized, then have these documents signed by 'Justice of my province' to get NoC..
after which, NoC has to be sent to India.
[might sound like, am lazy.. np, I will take the blame..]
Think, its not this complex to have pp renewed from here [now that, its acceptable to have kid travel over].

It wouldn't hurt to check with the airlines she is traveling and ensure there wouldn't be any problems.
