Technically it is valid.. cannot help that. Of course our intelligent posters on CD can spot abusers and intentionally avoid using the advertiser's services to show their disapproval of the advertiser's disrespect for the community and its rules.

By the time I saw this, the contents was already erased.
May be while editing his post, you can say that the poster advertised such and such service and hence we can avoid.
For example :
The poster has advertised SAP Training at xyz institute at Ameerpet Hydrabad . Soplease donot use that training institute as the advt. was posted unsolicedly in Charcha of CD,
