Hello : an Indian resident who has canadian PR went to visit USA from Canada for two weeks, filled some forms on US airport with Retun date , passport has no exit date stamp , now wants to extend stay for another two weeks, what's the procedure ? Person has 10 years us visa. Which consulate I can call to confirm ? US embassy in Canada ? Thanks

Very simple Aashu.
The moment you enter USA, you are allowed to stay for 6 months.
So donot worry. He can come whenever he wishes (before 6 months).

the legal limit of stay is 6 months. You should have that in I-94 which is issued at port of entry
