I am planning to go to Ottawa upcoming long weekend. any good hotel under $120. What to see there ? Is there anything for kids ?

Any hotel in a walking distance of the Parliament Hill is good .... We stayed @ Days Inn... but I m sure there must be better ones nearer ....

Hi We had stayed at the Sheratons, walking distance to Parliament, from there.
Stay was excellent, infact we had been there a couple of times.

Lot of hotels under $ 120. I stayed in Super 8. Cost was double digit.
Just shop around the internet for deals. Deals vary during the year.

One of my friends stayed in some university guest house. See if it cheaper.

If you are on a budget you can stay at Residence & Conference Centre and I think that is what the previous poster was referring to. We booked a room there last summer via priceline.com for $85+taxes and it was of amazing value. Our suite had two bedrooms with Queen beds and a common kitchen and bathroom which works out great if you are 2 adults + 2 kids. The price includes Free breakfast and Wifi. It's basically a university that is turned into a hotel for part of the year so you need to check if it is open for bookings now.
