Can an Indian who being an illegal immigrant in USA due to expiry of 10 years multiple entry B1/B2 visa was deported . has been banned re-enrty in USA for 10 years.
CAN HE APPLY FOR A TOURIST OR ANY VISA FOR CANADA?
'WITH NO CRIMINAL RECORDS'... You can apply to visit Canada and might be granted a VISA for a period of SIX months.
For a PR status, return back home and follow the procedure to get into Canada through EXPRESS ENTRY. Or for higher studies.
