Hi fellow CD users,

I am in a dilemma, My wife is a canadian citizen and I have PR(sponsored by wife), but have not landed yet.We are expecting our baby and it looks that we will be in india during time of delivery.

Will the baby be canadian citizen or Indian?
Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Get the indian birth certificate and then apply for a Cdn passport for the baby . He "threotically" is both
