I personally am looking forward to meeting some fun loving persons - those who can forget their problems, if they have any, for a couple of hours and meet as if everthing was going great in their lives.

Dear Chandreshji, Interceptor and all,
I have been following this thread and am very happy to see it developing. You know, in India this is the activity, which makes you forget your stress, fatique and other mental pressures of social and professional lives. We generally keep on arranging such sittings at my place to have some LIFE. You know "LIFE IS NOT TO LIVE, IT IS TO ENJOY".
Chandreshji, you are right, in my openion, such gatherings should be more of "KNOWING EACH OTHER INFORMALLY", "SITTING in BHARATIYA BETHAK (I mean it, ek bar try karke dekhiye, sitting on gaddas in groups casually and having long interesting chats on various topics gives great fun), SAATH MAIN KUCHH MUNCHING CHAHIYE WITH SOME COOL DRINKS.
Although I am miles away from you, I feel as if I am there, and some times true involvement makes distance disappear. SO here is my small input of the FLOW of the CD-RELAXING ZONE. Chandreshji, your concern can be replaced by the word "RELAXING" right?.. I mean yes, you all deserve a day like this, where no body is asking the other one, "TERE SATH KYA HUA AUR MERE SATH YEH HUA?".
And as far as networking is concerned, I believe, its an AUTO process. AAP DO BAJE SHURU KARO, and I bet by evening you would have surely made a strong network of some good friends, to whome you can relate to.
here I go....
12.30 START GATHERING & just casually start self-introductions. TO make it livelier, prepare a small questionnaire like name, native, hobbies, family size, ambitions of life and some YAADGAAR ANUBHAV.
13.30 Have lunch together in once again a casual way, I mean ya to BUFFAIT ya to gaddo pe bethke.
14.30 The discussions and chatting starts with lot of contributions from wives and kids. This can develop to various indoor and outdoor games like HOUSIE, DUMB SHALL ART, CHINESE WHISPER, ANTAKSHARI (for singing talents). You can even have some COUPLE GAMES like dancing on shrinking newspaper size and some KID GAMES & SPECIAL KID-DANCING. (14th Nov is CHACHA NEHRU DAY/BAL DIN, its a good occassion for irrigating something to the small indian hearts / OUR KIDS something about his love towards kids). This was one good thing, I always remembered about CHACHA NEHRU about his love for kids, remaining I do not want to comment.
17.30 Onwards, the booze and dance thing should start, Believe me agar booze main badhiya bitting ho, JAGJIT ki sada bahar ghazals, ya kishore ke gane baj rahe ho, some good talents singing afterwards and finally with some discussions on interesting topics can make the evening more livelier. THIS ENDS WITH ALL BEVADAS DANCING IN FULL MASTI FORGETTING THEIR WORK LIFE.
I just wanted to initiate on freezing the agenda, hence now, you the actual participants can alter/modify this and make as per the GENERAL ACCEPTANCE.

we did get your address....but could you pl let us know abt the availability of parking space for visitors. do we have to take any special permit ? what level do we park the car etc.

Hi Reachesh,
The visitor parking is on the ground floor and you do not have to take any permit for the same. However, when you enter in the lobby, just note down your name, car plate number and in place of suite number you can write 'multi purpose room'. The 'multi purpose room' is on P-1 level and you have to take elevator down one floor.
Generally there is parking available but sometimes on weekends there could be rush, then it becomes a little headache. However, if that is the case, then we have a plaza nearby (only 4 - 5 minutes walk) where we can park and walk back to the building but I hope that situation would not arise.
