what is the timeline at CHC Nairobi

hello badshaa,

we applied through the Nairobi post. the timeline officially stated is 24 months but normally it takes between one and one and a half years. It all depends on how good your documentation is and how prompt you are in your response. You start getting queries within weeks of getting AOR.

I am at present in India I have gone thru the medicals and sent the passports to Nairobi in the 1st week of June04 .It is now more than 3 months . I would like to know how long will it take to receive the passports and visa papers. Do you know any one who has sent the passports for Visas during this period and their experiences .Can I send a reminder to the CHC. Suggestions are solicited from members .

I've just collected my visas personally from Nairobi on July 25th , My case details are as follows.
AOR=14th aug,2000
Interview=15th Mar,04,
Medicals=25th Mar,04
Remedical=9th Jun,04
Visa Call=9th Aug, 04
Visa collected=25th Aug,04
