Yup, you will need dishnetwork dish and reciever, alternatively you could check with rogers they usually carry high profile series like this one on PPV, it would be a bit costly though around $20 per match.

Dish antenna vendors can be found in flea markets, ads can be seen in hindi and english newspapers in desi stores. I could spot one ad of a dish antenna vendor in Business section of canadiandesi under Electronics->Toronto.

Also can lookup under yellowpages.ca

You can watch most of the cricket series globally on http://www.willow.tv" rel="nofollow">LINK . They have a special feed to North America too. All you need is a broadband connection and a computer. The quality is also too good. I am telling this out of personal experience.., coz we watched most of the imp series through this over here in China.
