I am thinking of getting Primus cellular, landline and High speed services in Toronto.

Has anybody been using the same and have you faced any problems with the quality of service itself or any customer service related / billing issues.

They are really good. I have had good experience with them

I've had their long distance for over a year and VOIP for close to a year, no issues.

In the past, customer service was not very good in terms of wait times to get an associate on the line during business hours (was ok if one called after 10pm). This has changed in the past 2 months, little or no wait times.
