Hi Everyone,

My Mom and Sister applied for visitor visa recently and it got denied Due to the Following Reasons, How can we overcome following objections.

1. You have not satisfied me that you meet the requirements of Regulation 179; that you would leave Canada at the end of the temporary period if you were authorized to stay. In reaching this decision I considered your ties to your country of residence/citizenship balanced against factors which mightmotivate you to stay in Canada.

2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporaryresident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

a. your travel history
b. your personal assets and financial status

3. not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.

4. your host in Canada has not demonstrated that he or she has sufficient funds to support your visit.

5. You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your / your host's income and assets.

PS : I attached my pay stub and emplyment letter for salary of 49K also i attached bank balance of 5000 dollars. my parents attached property papers.

being recent applicants to the visitor's visa process , i can suggest the following.
the main emphasis should be " returning to india after stay in canada". so you need to have attested copies of house/land certificates, letters from employers in india granting vacation, bonafide certificate etc...
in your case mother andsister is an unusual combination and hence he thought that they are keen on migrating. why did you father not apply. in case he is expired, they thought that they mill migrate and use the facilities of canada.
if possible, try for your mother only.
your side is safe. $49K is a good salary.
