Hello, I currently have a friend who is 17 and he lives in Macau. He wants to come and visit Canada in order to check out some of the colleges because he plans to apply. However, he applied for a visa 2 times and both times he was rejected. The letter he received both times stated:
"You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of our stay as a temporary resident in reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including: [x] your travel history, [x] purpose of visit."
I really don't understand how he was rejected considering the fact that he does travel for leisure a lot to places such as Taiwan. The second time he applied he even submitted a letter stating his reason and the person who would house him for the time he was to stay in Canada. Is there any ways to boost his chances of getting a visa if he were to apply a 3rd time?
