Canada doesn't have a Queen ,So how come the Queen Elizabeth came in citizenship oath.

1. Canada does have a queen
2. See any currency note or coin . YOu will find the queen's potrait
3. Until 1947 ( or so ) all canadians were considered British subjects , and there was no such thing as a Canadian citizenship until the 50 's or 60's to my knowledge.
4. Until the 60's Canada did not have a flag and the British flag ( union jack ) was flown.
5. You can still see the British flag on the Ontatio / British columbia flags
6. Until 1982 all canadian lawas had to go to UK and get approved in UK and signed by Queen ELizabeth II and then only the bill became law
