Hello,

I just got my citizen test. I have all necessary documents with me accept my birth Certificate. What to do ? does my L.C. will work ? Please help...

First replace "accept" with "except"

CIC do not see birth certificate. They need your passport, landing certificate or PR Card and any other ID such as driver licence or health card

Does CIC require birth certificate for children under 16 for citizenship

I also got letter for submitting original birth certificate of my daughter for citizenship application. Actually I submitted translated one and with notary stamp but they ask me not to submit hospital birth certificate but the one in which mother and father name should appear and if not in english must be translated to english and notorized in canada. Now its very costly affair, instead of that is it good to have birth certificate from my backhome in english itself, any suggestion??
