I am very fond of "Misi Roti". Wheat flour mmix with Gram flour. I never found Missa Atta in Desi stores so we use to mix both flours in a certain proportion. However, i have found Bajra and Makka flour in desi stores.

Deep serves us Bajra Roti - not sure about Juwar though. I get it from 'Sabzi Mandi' in Brampton. It should available else as well.
