My parents have single entry visa and they want to go to USA and come back.

While coming in Canada, the immigration officer circled on single entry on their passport.

I was wondering does anyone know is it allowed to enter again in Canada from

USA on single entry.

Yes, they can.
As long as they don't leave the US and travel anywhere else before coming back to Canada.
