Comwave are big time cheaters .... I have always had problems with them. I am forced to stick with them becasue of their post paid service. Always check your bills and call them if you find discrepancies. And most importantly , call them for refund of those 1 minute calls. !!!

i was looking for help on internet. I got my solo mobile bill which is showing different no. of calls i made to india through comwave no. 604-692-2680 with totally different length of calls, where as comwave bill is telling totally different no. of call with different call length. Now i cann't decide who is wrong. I also noticed one thing i made a call of 1hr 11 mins, which is 71 mins. Next day by chance i saw there is a call of 81 mins.

I had reliance connection which i couldn't use for atleast 3 weeks, and even then i received my phone bills for almost 20 - 25 calls and all those were to my husband which i used to call

Comwave tried to charge me for overseas calls that didn't go through or the line was so bad it was impossible to communicate. I talked to them and they refused to drop the charges. I'm talking $5 out of a $50 bill. The other $45 I would have happily paid. Other phone companies I have dealt with ALWAYS cancelled charges in a situation like this. So I didn't pay them. Then they started phoning me every day. I ignored the calls and didn't answer. Finally, I got something in writing saying they would mess up my credit rating in 5 days, so I tried to contact them to explain again that I would pay the $45 I owed them, waited 40 minutes on hold, and then was disconnected. I got also calls from different "managers" leaving two different phone numbers to contact them on. I tried to reply, but both these phone numbers were out of service! I tried calling their main number again and gave up after another 40 minute wait. And then again, same thing. A few days later I got a letter from a collection agency, and the bill had doubled to more than $100. Today, I got an invitation from Arturo Garcia, Comwave's Financial Controller to join him on Linked-In. At this point I don't even know whether to contact Comwave or the collection agency. Beware of this crappy, incompetent company.
