I was wondering if anybody is interested in 1 BR (spacious) in downtown near to sherborne subway where call centre jobs are located. The Person is leaving for India since he could not find job in his own field. He is ready to transfer lease which is valid till April 2010. He is leaving on Feb 15th and the Rent is $880/- pm. Pay as you go after the lease. Now also till April, you have to pay monthly rent.
This is especially good for people who works in downtown and doesn't want to commit 1 year lease. The person is giving furniture free of cost.
If anybody is interested, I shall give the person contact details
what I feel it's an advertisement,but in a different way.Everything u have mentioned-- 1B/R,call centre job/lease tranfer/monthly rent.........

you must know how to differentiate b/w help & advertising ... Please browse the forum for 'apartments etobicoke ' and you will know what I am saying ....
I think we shd share with other CD s all info we get that can benefit others .. and for which we do not have vested interest .... If you have been slightly senior on CD you'd observe that GP keeps on informing others of tel nos / jobs / opportunities that come her way w/o expecting anything in return ...
Whether you take it or not is per your needs ...
But I dont blame you or MumDxb ... there are some people who can only criticize ... God Bless You ...

santoshi, on the one hand, you send me pm asking me to help you with some leads with regards to amway. I hope you remember. On the other hand, when I am trying to help new immigrants, if it was an advt, then I wouldn't post it only for new immigrants, you stab me on the back for the good deeds I do.
My offer to help is not for the people who attack me. If you were a decent person, you would have send pm to me about your doubts whether it is an advt. Moderators know better. They will do whatever is right.
