i was wondering if any Desi (from India,Pakistan only) have ever won 649 or super 7 or any big lottery draw in Ontario.
i guess not ! Still you 'll find every desi trying their luck with Lotto
Any comments..i mean do you agree\ diagree..
plz give a thought ..
yeah i guess, there are lot desi's play lotto n super 7 as far as i know nobody won any big prizes, but they are very positive

Two things:
every desi trying their luck - well I know atleast 20 desi families who do not do that, including me - so how do you get "every"?
secondly - if anyone really won a big one - you will not find him on this site!

while buying lottery you buy hope from ontario govt.
You have to pay for hope too.
I buy $2 or $4 whenever ther is a big jackpot like this friday say 22000000.
IF i win, win. If not so I don't mind.
Why we all CDs don't buy in a group. A must win Idea!!!!!!!!
I read in earlier forum before:
"lottery winners are poor money managers and looses their money very soon, AND good money managers do not buy lottery"

atleast I know of someone who won 8 million $$ couple of years back..
personally I never bought any of them in last 10 years of my stay here in Quebec.

I agree with every word you said. I would love to play for the fun part of it, in my 9 years here I might have bought tickets 2-3 times. Now I kind of fall into MONEY MANAGER Category. lol
What about the desi loto shops selling tickets? I guess they have won many times ( or taken some else winnings)
